The purpose of attaining power is to increase sexual opportunity for the purpose, thereafter, of exploiting such opportunity. The notion that people in positions of responsibility should be responsible enough to suppress their urge to exploit opportunities for sexual contact have a backward (and entirely erroneous) understanding of human behavior.
