Good thing we have civil suits which basically say, "You're not guilty, you just owe a lot of money for something another jury said you didn't do." It's not justice, but hopefully the bazillionaire gets a few million knocked off so Neverland Ranch will be open for a few less days. Plus, NPR said Jacko is hundreds of millions in debt to creditors. There's small consolations to be found.
I lost a dollar on that.
The bet was weather Michael would do more than two years or less than two years in jail.
Zero being less than two years put me on the wrong side of the bet.
We live in a world where OJ walks after killing his wife, Robert Blake walks aftr killing his wife, MJ walks after diddling 13 kids, and Martha Stewart gets cold, hard, time for telling a fib about a phone call to her stock broker.
