That's gross. Someone should be ashamed.
I'd pretend to think this was gross if I didn't already have one slumped in the corner of my bedroom. Unfortunately, winter is about to hit pretty hard. A frozen pillowcase filled with hamburger meat isn't nearly as enjoyable as one which has been warmed over by a series of sweltering summer days.
