"Killing Spree!"

I won the loser's bracket at my buddy DJ's Halo tournament by one kill. That's right; of the four knocked out of the first elimnation round, I'm the biggest loser. I'm an even bigger loser than Colin, which, when said out loud, is embarrassing. But it was also the first time I won a kill-anything-that-moves game, which I can add to the one time I won King of the Hill. Thanks to DJ for a swell evening on Sunday.

There, Eric. I blogged it.

Roach here. I'm glad you posted it. The coolest part of that tourney was the gambling on the head-to-head between Black Ops (sean) and Bishop (miles). That kicked ass, and I say that as a true geek who actually likes WATCHING video games being played.

Milroy's response. Despite my Halo abilities being exposed as marginal at best, I greatly enjoyed the killfest. It fulfilled my geek needs for several weeks at least. DJ was awesome to set it up. I laughed heartily, swilled tons of MGD, smoked continuously, got my Halo ass handed to me, and would do it all again in a heartbeat. Thanks DJ for hosting, and thanks to everybody who brought the sexy networking equipment.
