In an incredible Newsweek article titled "The Arrogant Empire", the writer asks, "Were Washington to move to an entirely ad hoc approach, why would the rest of the world agree to clean up its messes?" The article shows how the Bush regime's diplomacy strategies have fueled international fear of America's might. Yeah, it just gets worse.
